We're local, established, and fully insured. Lifestyle Luxe Media is a family-owned and operated LLC, co-founded by Will (a Florida native) and Andrea (a bilingual Latina from Costa Rica). Every photographer on our team goes through extensive training and joins us in regular team meetings, because we're committed to growing in excellence, not just maintaining a standard. We specialize in the most high-end homes in the DFW area, and we're a tight-knit team dedicated to each other, our friends and family, and every client who trusts us with their story.

You're never on your own. Our team of photographers covers you from Allen and Carrollton all the way to Denison, backed by a dedicated in-house editing team, so you're always getting fast, consistent, high-end results no matter where your listing is. But you're never left navigating a system to get there. When you need something, you talk directly to Will and Andrea, not a call center, not a ticket queue. No hoops, no waiting on hold, no getting passed around. We built this business to be your guide, not another vendor you have to chase down.

We stand behind every shoot. If you're not happy with the final result, we'll work with you, whether that's a refund, a credit, or reshooting the session, to make it right. We stand behind our work and want every client to walk away happy.

You don't pay a cent until your media is delivered. If we don't deliver, you don't pay.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book? For a real estate shoot, press the "Book Now" button and complete the Real Estate Booking form: you'll enter the property address, select your services, choose your date and time, and confirm. Prefer to talk it through first? Email Andrea directly at andrea@lifestyleluxemedia.com. For anything beyond real estate, portraits, family sessions, weddings and events, company branding, and more, fill out our "Beyond Real Estate" form instead.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking with a 48-hour window in mind. That way, if weather threatens your shoot, we have room to adjust without derailing your plan.

What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy? No fee to cancel or reschedule as long as our photographer hasn't left for the appointment yet. Once they're en route or on site, a $99 cancellation fee applies. The same $99 fee covers a weather-related reschedule, or we can shoot the interior that day and return separately for exterior or twilight shots for $99. We always call or text before heading out, which helps us catch weather issues before they become your problem.

Delivery & Turnaround

How long until I get my photos and video? Our standard is 24-hour delivery. Because we're a luxury brand, we take the extra time needed for fine edits, video polish, and tailoring your media, so we ask clients to plan for up to 48 hours to be safe.

How do I receive my files, and when do I pay? Everything is delivered by email with a secure download link. That link hosts your full gallery, individual images or the whole set, in both print and web/MLS-ready sizes, and prompts for payment before unlocking downloads. Once payment goes through, your files are yours immediately. We can also save a card on file or work with your transaction coordinator so billing never slows down your win.

Do I get anything besides photos? Yes. Every listing includes a branded property website you can share on social media and with clients. It has a built-in lead form, so when a buyer is interested, their info goes straight to your inbox. You'll also get a separate MLS-compatible unbranded link for your MLS virtual tour field.

How long is my gallery/property website available? We keep galleries and branded sites open indefinitely; we don't expire them unless asked. Even so, we recommend downloading and backing up your media (hard drive, cloud, etc.) so it's always in your hands.

Usage Rights & Guarantee

Can I use the photos wherever I want? The media itself is owned by Lifestyle Luxe Media. As the purchasing client, you get lifetime usage rights to your photos and video, non-transferable to any other agent, even one who later takes over the same listing. Once it's yours, it stays yours for as long as you need it.

Do you offer any kind of satisfaction guarantee? Yes. If you're not happy with the final result, we'll work with you, whether that's a refund, a credit, or reshooting the session, to make it right. We stand behind our work and want every client to walk away happy.

Packages & What's Included

How much does a photo/video package cost? Pricing is based on the home's square footage. Photo packages start at $199 for homes under 1,500 sq ft and scale up to $529+ for homes 6,000+ sq ft. Signature Video starts at $299, and the Luxury Video Package starts at $399. Drone photos and video, floor plans, virtual staging, and other add-ons are priced separately. How many photos will I actually get? Our packages (aside from Lite and Designer) are priced by square footage, not photo count; there's no cap. We shoot the whole home from every angle that helps you win the listing. Most homes land between 30 and 60 images depending on size, features, and staging. Our goal is to arm you with everything you need to sell, not the bare minimum.

What's the difference between the Signature and Luxury video packages? The Signature Video (up to 1 minute) is a clean, high-end, slow-paced highlight reel set to music, with optional branding. The Luxury Video (1 to 3 minutes) goes deeper into what the property offers. Both can be paired with add-ons like a mic'd-up narrated walkthrough or interwoven aerial footage. We also offer shorter, social-trend-style cuts for Instagram/TikTok.

What does "AI-enhanced visuals" actually mean? We're never gimmicky with AI. It's only used when it genuinely elevates your story, like converting a daytime exterior shot to twilight, or adding rolling window light to show how natural light moves through a room. We also lean on real, in-camera motion (waving blinds, doors opening, a fireplace turning on) to keep things true to life. AI complements the real media; it never replaces it. You bring the listing, we bring the tools to help it shine.

Do you offer anything beyond photography and video? Yes. We built L Studio App, a web-based AI marketing platform made specifically for real estate professionals. It brings AI staging, cinematic video, and scroll-stopping marketing content into one subscription, so there's no juggling separate editors, copywriters, or software.
