We’re Will and Andrea — a husband and wife team passionate about capturing stories with purpose and beauty.
Will was born and raised in Florida, where a love for creativity and photography took root early on. With a natural eye for composition and a heart rooted in faith, he brings both artistry and intentionality to every project.
Andrea is originally from Costa Rica, where her vibrant culture shaped her warmth, joy, and gift for organization. She shines behind the scenes — managing logistics, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every experience with us is seamless and thoughtful.
Together, we make a pretty great team. Whether it's a luxury home, a wedding day, or a quiet family moment, we pour our hearts into creating work that’s both beautiful and meaningful.
We live in Texas with our sweet Maltipoo, Milo, and we’re excited to be welcoming a baby girl soon!

We primarily serve Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas, but we’re happy to travel beyond for the right project. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.

I offer unlimited Photos within the hour of the scheduled appointment. Pricing is based on the square footage of the house and scales with the size of the home. This allows you to have all the images you need for your listings, speeds up delivery on my end, and, in my experience, makes for quicker home sales since the realtor has more options to choose from. Drone photos, Luxury Videos, Reel Style Videos, Floorplans, and other options are added as additional services. Lastly, Green Grass and Blue Sky are always included in each package with no additional charge.

I don’t offer same-day delivery, as maintaining high-quality image editing on that timeline isn’t realistic. Most galleries are delivered by the next morning, typically within 24 hours of the shoot. For projects requiring heavier editing, delivery may take up to 48 hours to ensure everything meets my quality standards.

Absolutely. We welcome any creative direction—just let us know in advance if there are must-have angles or features you’d like highlighted.

You’re always welcome to reschedule—there’s no cancellation fee, even on the day of the shoot. I understand real estate moves fast and schedules often change.
If you need images urgently, I can photograph the interiors as planned and return another day for the exteriors. There is a small return visit fee, but rescheduling the full shoot is always free

For real estate shoots, payment is due upon delivery. Once your gallery is ready, clicking the download link will prompt payment before the files can be accessed.
For portrait sessions, weddings, or other services, payment is typically made via Zelle or Venmo after the session is complete.
If you need a specific payment arrangement, just let us know—we’re flexible and happy to work with you!

Yes! Virtual staging is available for $35 per image, with a variety of styles to choose from. Your virtually staged photos will be delivered within 24 hours—right alongside your standard gallery, so there’s no delay.
Note: You’re welcome to use a different company for virtual staging, but be sure to label those images as "Virtually Staged" on the MLS. Unlabeled staged photos may violate MLS guidelines and risk being flagged.

Luxury Video – A horizontal cinematic tour (30 seconds to 2 minutes), perfect for YouTube, MLS, and websites.
Luxe Reels – A vertical format designed for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—under 30 seconds and edited in a more trendy, eye-catching style.
Bonus: Want to be in the video? Absolutely—you’re welcome to make a cameo to personalize and elevate the listing!

All images remain the property of Lifestyle Luxe Media, but we grant you full usage rights upon payment. In short, you’re free to use the photos however you need—for listings, marketing, social media, and more—for as long as you’d like.
The only restriction is resale. If you plan to sell the images or use them in a way that generates direct income (such as selling to builders, vendors, or publications), additional licensing fees may apply.
