Will, born and raised in sunny Florida, brings a creative eye and a heart rooted in faith to every project, blending artistry and intention to tell timeless stories.

Andrea, born in El Salvador and raised in Costa Rica, infuses her warmth, heart for people, and gift for organization into all she does.

When we’re not behind the camera, you can usually find us at the movies, exploring new coffee shops, going on walks, or enjoying a great meal. We live in Texas with our sweet puppy, Milo, and are overjoyed to be welcoming a baby girl soon!

  • We primarily serve Dallas - Fort Worth and surrounding areas, but we’re happy to travel beyond for the right project. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.

  • For real estate shoots, payment is due upon delivery. Once your gallery is ready, clicking the download link will prompt payment before the files can be accessed.

    For weddings, you can pay via our payment platform and set up payment plans for your convenience. We also require a deposit.

    For events, headshots, families and other services, payment is typically made via Zelle or Venmo right after the session is complete.

    If you need a specific payment arrangement, just let us know—we’re flexible and happy to work with you!

  • You’re always welcome to reschedule- there’s no cancellation fee, even on the day of the shoot. We understand things happen and are here to help!

    For real state specifically, if you need images urgently, we can photograph the interiors as planned and return another day for the exteriors. There is a small return visit fee, but rescheduling the full shoot is always free.

  • All images remain the property of Lifestyle Luxe Media, but we grant you full usage rights upon payment. In short, you’re free to use the photos however you need—for listings, marketing, social media, and more—for as long as you’d like.

    The only restriction is resale. If you plan to sell the images or use them in a way that generates direct income (such as selling to builders, vendors, or publications), additional licensing fees may apply.

    For everyday real estate and personal marketing use, you're fully covered!

  • Pricing is based on the square footage of the house and scales with the size of the home. The number of photos varies based on the needs of the house. Naturally, most homes fall between 25-60 images.

    Video packages range from social media reels to full home walk throughs to showcase the beauty of each listing.

    We offer Drone Photos, Luxury Videos, Reel Style Videos, Floor plans, and other additional services. Check out the Real State tab for more details or feel free to reach out to us!

  • Most galleries are delivered by the next morning, typically within 24 hours of the shoot. For projects requiring heavier editing, delivery may take up to 48 hours to ensure everything meets our quality standards.

  • Absolutely. We welcome any creative direction—just let us know in advance if there are must-have angles or features you’d like highlighted.

  • Yes! Virtual staging is available for $35 per image, with a variety of styles to choose from. Your virtually staged photos will be delivered within 24 hours—right alongside your standard gallery, so there’s no delay.

    • Note: You’re welcome to use a different company for virtual staging, but be sure to label those images as "Virtually Staged" on the MLS. Unlabeled staged photos may violate MLS guidelines and risk being flagged.

  • Yes! We offer two video formats:

    Luxury Video – A horizontal cinematic tour (30 seconds to 2 minutes), perfect for YouTube, MLS, and websites.

    Luxe Reels – A vertical format designed for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—under 30 seconds and edited in a more trendy, eye-catching style.

    Bonus: Want to be in the video? No problem! We’ll get you mic’d up and ready to elevate your listing!
